Chocolate Peanut Butter Minis

I made these Chcolate Pudding Cupcakes from scratch with a creamy peanutbutter frosting for Stacy's and D's reception tonight for fun. Kurt said that they were delicious so hope you all enjoy!

Sweet Pea Cupcakes

So I was asked to make some babyshower cupcakes and all that they wanted is that they were girly cupcakes meaning they were pink and they didnt care what topping was on them. So I make a White Cake that I made from scratch with a homemade Swiss Meringue Buttercream frosting. I thought of the cute idea to put peapods on the top. Hope you enjoy! :)

So a lady at my work asked me to make her this cake so I said that I would be up for the challenge! It is a homemade buttercream frosted vanilla cake. It was really fun making it and very time consuming! :) hope you enjoy

CTR Cupcakes!!!

Last weekend was General Conference and Kurt promised our Primary kids that if they watched it I would bring them cupcakes!!

Yes... they are that good!!

Today I made a new recipe for both the cake and the frosting. It is a vanilla cake with a creamy chocolate buttercream... it was YUMMY!

Don't you wish you were in MY Primary class??? I hope the kids enjoy!!

Strawberry Reduction Butter Cupcake

So this is a butter cupcake and I filled them with a strawberry reduction!! yummmmm!

I made my yummy homemade cream cheese frosting and just did a classic swirl on top.

I then added some of the leftover fondant to match the cake made earlier. I brought them to work also to go along with the cake.

Jordan's Cake

This was my first attempt at homemade fondant!! I think it turned out pretty good if I do say so myself!!! It was sort of a wedding cake for a girl at work! It is a black and white cake with a vanilla buttercream frosting and then I covered it in the marshmallow fondant.

Hello all...

I have been thinking about doing this for a while now so here I go!! This is going to be a Blog ALL about the world of cupcakes!! I am learning to be a cupcake baker and I LOVE every minute of it!! I am breaking out of the comforts of the classic boxed cupcake and creating some DELICIOUS recipes of my own!! Baking has always been a passion of mine so now I am sharing that passion with others! I am also trying to step out of a comfort zone of mine and I am going to also try and attempt new decorating techniques as well!! I hope you will enjoy this as much as I do!
